產(chǎn)品介紹 | HOXB4 is a homeodomain-containing transcription factor with diverse roles in embryonic development and the regulation of adult stem cells. It promotes proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells and can both activate and repress apoptosis. Function: Sequence-specific transcription factor which is part of a developmental regulatory system that provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Similarity: Belongs to the Antp homeobox family. Deformed subfamily. Contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain.
